WOW! WOW! WOW! Chantal is an absolute legend. For over a month, my 6 month old was waking every hour and would only sleep for a few hours if in bed with me. She also couldn’t fall asleep unless she was rocked/patted to sleep. Day one, after Chantal’s visit, my baby not only woke up twice but also slept in her cot all night!! Day 3- my baby continued to sleep in her cot and SELF-SETTLED herself to sleep for all naps and bedtime. Within one week, she is now sleeping through the night and continues to self-settle. MAGIC! My husband and I were at the end of our tether when we booked in with Chantal. Our 6 month old was waking 10+ times a night and was refusing her bottles everyday. Chantal gave us a solution that was tailored to our baby. Within 3 days we saw incredible results. The number of wakes dropped and our baby was becoming more interested in her bottles. We did a phone consult with Chantal and it was the best money I've spent. Our little one was having some difficulties with night time sleep and day routines. Pretty much straight away with some minor adjustments and reassurance bubs has been sleeping through the night for over 4 weeks and days are improving. Can't recommend her enough. Cannot recommend Chantal from baby sleep magic enough ! She is honestly a baby whisperer. When a friend of mine recommended her and gave me some insight into what they did with her daughter I thought there was absolutely no way it would work with my son who will be 3 in January. But to my surprise everything I implemented under Chantal’s advise worked and my son went from down right refusing to step foot in his room for 6 months to back sleeping in his own bed 7pm - 7am. Through out the process Chantal was also so supportive messaging me each day and always responding to my messages even when a new challenge popped up over a month later.

Chantal’s support was outstanding—she was always there to answer any questions (no matter how small), and I couldn’t have done this without her guidance. Anyone can give you a schedule, but the level of care and encouragement she provides is unmatched.

Chantal has been amazing to work with. She completely changed our life from all contact naps and 4-5 wakes a night/ co sleeping, to now lengthy Crib naps and either one wake at night or sleeping through. We are local so opted for the home visit which I’m so glad I did as it was great being shown exactly what to do, and the support following the home visit was so great. I feel like such a better mum now that I’m rested and can give so much more to my baby during the day rather than being in survival mode.

What to say about Chantal? Simply a wonderful person! And her method works 100%, she changed my life, I wish I had known her since my first daughter! My 6-month-old baby only took naps in my arms during the day, and at night I needed to hold her for 2 hours to try to put her to bed, and even then she woke up, I couldn't take a bath, eat dinner, I lost count of how many times I slept without brushing my teeth and I was exhausted. Chantal worked her magic with us and our 11mo son.
We had co-slept since birth and he was being fed to sleep for naps and night sleep. After the consult we tried the Responsive Settling Technique and on the first night it took just over an hour for him to go to sleep and then he woke up once over night but resettled himself. It's now been two weeks since the consult and I have not been in ONCE overnight, he's sleeping through about 12hrs!!!!! MAGIC

We opted for the online Zoom program, which was incredibly informative, but what truly impressed me was the ongoing support that followed. Chantal’s guidance is tailored not only to your child, but also to your personal parenting style. I asked for direct, clear, no-nonsense advice (Sometimes you just want to be told what to do when your sleep deprived) and she delivered exactly that.

I did suspect milk was not sustainable as his weight was Plateauing. Chantal put my mind at ease and confirm my suspicion and gave a very good plan for bubs . Before meeting with Chantal and implementing her strategies, our daughter would not nap for longer than 30 minutes at a time or without what felt like a world title fight with Mike Tyson.

We cannot thank Chantal enough. Her methods and guidance have worked wonders for our bubba. I thought I had done all the research on baby sleep, and still nothing was working for us. Until we worked with Chantal and followed her methods… by night 3 our 4 month old put himself to sleep (without any cry it out methods). We couldn’t believe it. Of course we still have the occasional hiccups with his sleep, but from where we started, the improvement is incredible! Can’t thank Chantal enough! We engaged her for a home consult hoping she could help our 11 week old to go to sleep without needing to be rocked/swayed before transferring or carrier naps in the day. I had a back injury that flared up and felt desperate. Honestly, we had low expectations given a lot of sisters/friends said our baby was “too young” to learn to self-settle. We thought we just had to “wait it out” (but my back wasn’t waiting any longer). We read her long list of 5-star reviews and emailed her straight away. I feel like I’ve read multiple books on baby sleep and scrolled through so much information on the internet and tried to do it all myself but only to still have a baby that wakes frequently overnight.
